3. Is your product price cost-effective?Can’t say “yes” or “no” directly, depends on the client’s business strategy and philosophy. For the clients who just for reselling or trading, our price is middle. However, for the clients who provide solution, the main profits are from the tracking platform monthly fee or services subscription, our price is cost-effective. 2. Can I get quick and reliable technical support?Yes, but how? First, we don’t like empty words. In the real life, some companies provide the support with empty words, just waste time and no help. Listing 10 possibilities and asking the client to find it by themselves is not technical support; pointing out the only one or very limited possibilities is the real technical support in our eyes. We will provide technical support with specific answer based on efforts and data analysis. Secondly, we have designed rich tools and commands to help our staff diagnose the technical issues well. The third reason is we are original manufacturer, we know our products well. Even there is a bug or the issue which is associated with the local special factors, we can fix it soon. 4. Are you original manufacturer?Yes, we are. All steps such as the case design, firmware development, hardware PCB layout, components selection, materials supply chain management, production, testing, assembling and packing are done in house by ourself.
