Yes, can work without the APP.
This is one of the ways now our clients are using, they only use SMS and calling.
Especially for the online shop business way, the Q3 model can provide the map location link by SMS command, send the alerts (for example SOS alert or fall alert) through short message (SMS). Also support two-way calling to remind the guardian to check the alerts and start the convensation.
Without APP still can acheive the core targets such as location tracking, emergency SOS alert, two-way calling. The after-sales service is less, also without APP subscription cost.
Yes, one big SOS button.
When you press the SOS button, your touched finger will feel vibration. This vibration tells you the SOS button is pressed successfully.
We also provide ring sound to remind when you press the SOS button. But this is optional feature, you can enable/disable the ring sound by command B70.
Yes, the personal alarm device Q3 model with the built-in microphone and speaker.
It supports the two-way communication call, also support one-way listen-in monitoring mode.
If two-way mode, the speaker volume can be adjusted and loud.
One-way listen-in monitoring mode means when the cell phone call the Q3 device, the Q3 device can pick up the incoming call silently without ring. The phone can hear the voice around the Q3 device, the Q3 device can't hear the phone side voice.
Yes, the Q3 model has built-in 3D senor. Powered by this 3D sensor, plus our firmware algorithm and over 10 years experience in the GPS tracker field, we can provide fall alert with rich configuration way. The command is B36.
For example, SMS command format for setting the fall alert is below:

The users can configure the sensitivity of fall alert, the ring reminder time duration for the fall alert, the fall alert delay time for avoiding false fall alert, the movement detection for cancelling the fall alert automatically, etc.

Size 12.3mm × 8.8mm × 0.67mm.
You can use the same type local SIM card for the mobile phone.
Some clients perfer to use M2M SIM card.
M2M SIM card is compatible.
Just pay attention to one thing: most M2M SIM card can't support the voice communication, only data and SMS. The Q3 supports two-way calling, so suggest you use the M2M SIM card which support the voice communication.
Q3 can't support the eSIM yet.
Some clients are looking for the Chinese GPS tracker or personal alarm device manufacturer to provide the SIM card installation service during the production. So they can provide the device to end users directly after received.
Yes, we can provide this SIM card installation service.
Step 1: Send the SIM card to us (Customs import cost, 13% value-added tax +customs clearance service fee)
Step 2: We install the SIM card in the device and test well during production
Step 3: Put sticker with IMEI and SIM card ICCID bar code to each device for future identification
Step 4: Provide excel record file to clients, each device with one-to-one correspondence IMEI and SIM card ICCID number.
