Yes, we have experience supplying GPS tracker products to the European market. We are familiar with the European 4G LTE bands and the certificates such as CE, RED, EMC and RoHS requirement. We also understand the different countries network are different. For example, in France, 2G is going to shut down within 2026. 4G/5G are main network. In Netherlands, the 2G is still available, but the users are not encouraged to use 2G service. We have experience working with the European team together too. The client European team do the tracking platform server and APP part, we focus on the hardware and firmware part.
Yes, we have rich experience in the device local storage management when cellular data cannot be sent. For our standard products, the buffer storage data uploading sequence follows up below rules:1. The real time data always is top priority2. Between the real time interval, will upload the buffer storage data as the FIFO sequence (First in first out=Old data send out first)
Rich experience in the TCP/IP protocol. Https with TLS/SSL depends on specific project. MQTT depends on specific project. Rich experience in below about the TCP/IP protocol: 1) Retry after failed transmission 2) Store data when there is no network3) Server acknowledgement before records are marked as sent
Over 15 years GPS tracker built-in battery obervation and statistics experience. Long-term observation of built-in battery performance in different countries. Hot weather such as middle east, African countries. Hot and rain weather countries such as Thailand, the Philippines. Normal weather like European counties. We can supply safe and stable built-in battery, capacity range from 100mAh to 10000 mAh. No swelling, no leakage, and no fire.
IP66 and IP67 waterproof are mature design experience. For example our Q3 model is IP67 waterproof. Recharging use Pogo pin, the microphone and speaker use waterproof acoustic mesh, the case uses housing seal. IP68 waterproof is under development. Our Q7 model design target is IP68 but need be verified.
Rich experience in the GPS tracker EMC and GPS tracker EMI design. One of our advantages is we focus on the GPS tracker field for over 17 years. The EMC and EMI stable performance has been proved by long-term observation. Addtionally, all our product models passed the CE certificate EMC testing report.
Yes, we are excellent in this field. The GPS tracker power protection design includes below fields: 1) Over-Voltage Protection2) Reverse Polarity Protection3) Surge Protection4) ESD Protection5) Over-Current ProtectionMost engineers know the steps, but the design experience brings differneces of performance. Result: Burnout rate is almost zero under over 10 years observation and statistics, design is effective.
