We are familiar with the KX022-1020 3D Accelerometer, which is produced by ROHM company.  Based on this motion sensor, we acheived accurate movement/stop detection for sleep mode management.  The motion sensitivity is configurable.

We don't have ESP32 experience yet, but we have ESP8285 experience for the WiFi scanning.

Yes, not only the custom server command. 
We can develop the protocol, customize command format and command list, etc.

Do you have experience supplying products to the European market?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have experience supplying GPS tracker products to the European market.  We are familiar with the European 4G LTE bands and the certificates such as CE, RED, EMC and RoHS requirement.   We also understand the different countries network are different.  For example, in France, 2G is going to shut down within 2026. 4G/5G  are main network.  In Netherlands, the 2G is still available, but the users are not encouraged to use 2G service.  We have experience working with the European team together too. The client European team do the tracking platform server and APP part, we focus on the hardware and firmware part.

Yes,  our products for example the Q3 model has complied with CE (RED 2014/53/EU), RoHS and other relevant European certifications. Testing reports can be provided.  CE certificate includes below test reports:  Health Safety EMC  Radio

Can you support eSIM or SIM-based connectivity for Europe?

Now we use physical SIM-based connectivity card for the Europe for our exisitng models.    This allow the clients to use own SIM card.  The eSIM is possible for the new project.

How about your device local storage management experience when cellular data cannot be sent?

Yes, we have rich experience in the device local storage management when cellular data cannot be sent.   For our standard products, the buffer storage data uploading sequence follows up below rules:1. The real time data always is top priority2. Between the real time interval, will upload the buffer storage data as the FIFO sequence (First in first out=Old data send out first)

Yes, we understand the TLS/SSL or secure encryption socket communication is one of the core features for OEM/ODM projects.  We already had experience with server side together for the encryption communication way.

Yes, our cellular modules are from Quectel or SIMCOM companies.  Each cellular module with legal device ID (IMEI).  The product with the IMEI and serial number sticker.

Rich experience in the TCP/IP protocol. Https with TLS/SSL depends on specific project.  MQTT depends on specific project.  Rich experience in below about the TCP/IP protocol:  1) Retry after failed transmission 2) Store data when there is no network3) Server acknowledgement before records are marked as sent

What's your built-in battery quality management ability

Over 15 years GPS tracker built-in battery obervation and statistics experience.  Long-term observation of built-in battery performance in different countries.   Hot weather such as middle east, African countries.  Hot and rain weather countries such as Thailand, the Philippines.  Normal weather like European counties.  We can supply safe and stable built-in battery, capacity range from 100mAh to 10000 mAh.  No swelling, no leakage, and no fire.

What's your waterproof design ability?

IP66 and IP67 waterproof are mature design experience.   For example our Q3 model is IP67 waterproof.  Recharging use Pogo pin, the microphone and speaker use waterproof acoustic mesh, the case uses housing seal.  IP68 waterproof is under development. Our Q7 model design target is IP68 but need be verified.

Not much yet.  No project experience before.  However, we are in high-tech Shenzhen city.  Just need introduce ETFE solar panel power management component.   We can develop it with suitable project.   This is not a challenge.

We are very interesting in LoRa communication project.  Though we don't have project experience yet.  Based on our rich cellular network communication experience, LoRa communication development is not a challenge for us.

Yes, we have light sensor experience.  Our Q7 model with two light sensors.  One light sensor is for the GPS tracker tamper alert, the other light sensor is for the drop off alert. The light sensor also can be used for the luggage tracking and protection.

Rich experience in the GPS tracker EMC and GPS tracker EMI design.  One of our advantages is we focus on the GPS tracker field for over 17 years.  The EMC and EMI stable performance has been proved by long-term observation.  Addtionally,  all our product models passed the CE certificate EMC testing report.

Yes, we are excellent in this field.  The GPS tracker power protection design includes below fields: 1) Over-Voltage Protection2) Reverse Polarity Protection3) Surge Protection4) ESD Protection5) Over-Current ProtectionMost engineers know the steps, but the design experience brings differneces of performance.   Result:  Burnout rate is almost zero under over 10 years observation and statistics, design is effective.

What's the smallest size you can make for the LTE+GNSS IoT device with built-in battery?

For the LTE+GNSS IoT device with built-in battery, for example 1000mAh.  The smallest size is 65 × 46 × 17 mm around.  Smaller than this size, we don't have enough space to put the LTE cellular module and GPS antenna.If the device without LTE cellular module, the size can be much smaller.

What's your tracking platform and APP original development ability?

Not good, not our core ability. We are hardware supplier.   However, we focus on the GPS and IoT devices tracking field for over 10 years, know world class qualified third-party tracking platforms and APP well.  If you want to provide full solution together from us, we can do too.
