Yes, you can configure the IP/Domain and port freely without any limitation.

For example, the SMS command format is:

If configure the domain and port, the SMS command format is:

Can I use the Q3 product without APP

Accepted Answer

Yes, can work without the APP. 
This is one of the ways now our clients are using, they only use SMS and calling.

Especially for the online shop business way, the Q3 model can provide the map location link by SMS command, send the alerts (for example SOS alert or fall alert) through short message (SMS). Also  support two-way calling to remind the guardian to check the alerts and start the conversation.

Without APP still can achieve the core targets such as location tracking, emergency SOS alert, two-way calling. The after-sales service is less, also without APP subscription cost.

Do you have big SOS emergency button?

Yes, one big SOS button. 
 
When you press the SOS button, your touched finger will feel vibration. This vibration tells you the SOS button is pressed successfully.

We also provide ring sound to remind  when you press the SOS button. But this is optional feature, you can enable/disable the ring sound by command  B70.

How many SOS contact numbers can I configure?

You can configure maximum three SOS contact numbers.

If need more SOS contact numbers, should develop customization firmware.

Do you have microphone and speaker for the two-way communication

Accepted Answer

Yes, the personal alarm device Q3 model with the built-in microphone and speaker.  
It supports the two-way communication call, also support one-way listen-in monitoring mode.  
If two-way mode, the speaker volume can be adjusted and is loud.

One-way listen-in monitoring mode means when the cell phone call the Q3 device, the Q3 device can pick up the incoming call silently without ring. The phone can hear the voice around the Q3 device, the Q3 device can't hear the phone side voice.

Can I have the monitor listen-in one way mode when I call the personal alarm device Q3?

Yes,  the Q3 supports monitor (listen-in) one way mode.

When call in from the SOS numbers phone, the Q3 no reminder ring or vibration, keep silence, automatically pick up the incoming call silently and secretly. The SOS number call phone can hear the voice around the Q3 alarm device. The Q3 device can't hear any of the phone side voice.

Classic example: 
Kidnapping case call to know the kids situation silently and secretly.

Note:
1) Need set up SOS numbers by command B11. 
2) In the above command example, the first “1” is the first SOS number. If configure the second SOS number, the command is 000000,B31,2,0,1,1
3) The two-way call field must be 0. Otherwise if two-way call and monitor modes are both enabled, the two way call is priority, the monitor mode doesn't work.

Yes, the Q3 model has built-in 3D sensor. Powered by this 3D sensor, plus our firmware algorithm and over 10 years experience in the GPS tracker field, we can provide fall alert with rich configuration ways. The command is B36. For example, SMS command format for setting the fall alert is below: 000000,B36,,,,,, The users can configure the sensitivity of fall alert, the ring reminder time duration for the fall alert, the fall alert delay time for avoiding false fall alert, the movement detection for cancelling the fall alert automatically, etc.

How long the battery working time?

This personal safety device Q3 with built-in rechargeable 1000mAh battery.  The working time is one of our core design targets.

1) Special protocol design, the GPS and WiFi package are separated and in sequence. 
2) Smart sleep mode according to the time interval parameters.  
3) Add S19 command to configure mode for the clients who don't need the GPS coordinates in each data package for battery power saving.

Below testing results under China network condition (GPS signal available, WiFi off)

Standby working mode without time interval: over 10 days.   
Every  one hour time interval:  over 8 days  
Every 5 minutes time interval:  over 4 days  
Every 30 seconds time interval: over 18 hours

Yes, it is IP67 waterproof level. 
Can be used in the raining environment.  
Dropping in the bath but picking it up quickly is ok but can't be stay in the bath over 5 minutes.
Swimming is not suitable.

This personal alarm device Q3 works well in most countries such as Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Can't work in the USA and Canada.  
We have another model Q2 suitable for the USA and Canada.

Q3 is 4G+2G bands, 4G is priority. If the 4G is not available, fall back to 2G.

This personal alarm device Q3 needs insert physical SIM card, the SIM card is Nano type. 
Size 12.3mm × 8.8mm × 0.67mm.

You can use the same type local SIM card for the mobile phone.

Some clients perfer to use M2M SIM card. 
M2M SIM card is compatible.

Just pay attention to one thing:  most M2M SIM card can't support the voice communication, only data and SMS. The Q3 supports two-way calling, so suggest you use the M2M SIM card which supported voice communication.

Q3 can't support the eSIM yet.

Do you provide service to install my own SIM card before shipment?

Some clients are looking for the Chinese GPS tracker or personal alarm device manufacturer to provide the SIM card installation service during the production.  So they can provide the device to end users directly after the shipment received.

Yes, we can provide this SIM card installation service.

Step 1: Send the SIM card to us  (Customs import cost, 13% value-added tax +customs clearance service fee)

Step 2: We install the SIM card in the device and test well during production

Step 3: Put a sticker with IMEI and SIM card  ICCID barcode to each device for future identification

Step 4: Provide an excel record file to clients. Each device with one-to-one correspondence IMEI and SIM card ICCID number.  Below is an example.
