How to configure the odometer in Tracking platform SmartGPS24

Step 1: Set up initial odometer

The vehicle is possible with existed odometer when install the GPS tracker device.

So need set up the correct initial odometer and start calculatation from this odometer value.

For example, if the initial odometer is 133141km

You can send the TCP/IP command from the tracking platform SmartGPS24

B16,13314000

Note:

1) the command parameter unit is meter, so the 133141km=133141000 in the command.

2) Make sure you get the TCP/IP command reply. It is possible the TCP/IP command need resend if the connection is not good.

Also you can send the SMS command to set up the initial odometer.

Step 2: Create the odometer sensor in the platform

Type: choose "Odometer"

Parameter: choose "odo"

The second "type" (result): choose "Absolute"

Formula: just put "x"

Step 3: Choose odometer source

Choose the "Sensor" as odometer source.
