1.Documents

Find a website page to download or ask the sales to provide all product models' user guides, command list, and protocols. If the company is the orignal manufactuer, these documents should maintain a consistent style. Between different models, the command list format, the protocols are inherited.

2.Products series and design style

The manufacturer also tend to use one proved classic device case as base for different models. It is good for cost saving and stock management too.

The trading company no need to pay mold development cost, they just select the products from different suppliers.
