How to test capacitive fuel sensor AS10 in the office

The users can test the fuel sensor in the office before installation.

Note: don't use the water to test. The water is conducting medium, may damage the fuel sensor. Suggest use diesel or gasoline.

How the fuel sensor works?

The fuel sensor detects the fuel level height and convert the height value to voltage, then output this voltage to GPS tracker. Voltage range is 0-5V.

For regular shape fuel tank:

0V=Empty

2.5V=50% full

5V=Full

Note: In the tracking platform, 0-5V is converted proportionally to 0-4096.

Testing tools:

-Tube with a valve, valve at the bottom. The valve controls the fuel level change.

-One bottle for the fuel collection.
